I waited to see what the catch was. It's been over 10 days and everything is working great. I was even able to get an upgraded hot water heater at no additional cost! When I woke up on Christmas eve day to find my hot water heater was leaking, I did not know what to expect. After contacting the manufacturer and verifying it was under warranty, I found several companies that could do the work. I chose lionsgate and who would have thought they would be at my home the morning after Christmas and would be through in less than 2 hours! He left everything clean too. Just an all around excellent experience!"
