They were out the next day where they removed old insulation, air sealed the attic, replenished blow-in insulation, and installed the two solar attic fans. Their price was competitive. I was also looking into using spray foam as an alternative option but went the traditional route out of concern for the chemicals used. Thus far everything has been great with my HVAC unit now able to cool the 2nd floor and attic is not as warm as previously."
