They were on courteous, on time, brought high quality paint, which they included in their low price, and painted beyond my expectations. They smoothed out the walls before painting, and also painted trim and baseboards. Their work is shear professionalism and done to perfection! They clearly take pride in what they do! They wear booties, protect your furniture and carpets, and have hands like surgeons. I would go on and on - but will stop here and say that if you land on Mario Osario, you should look no further! "We had multiple jobs around our home, listed below. Andres is honest, fair, prompt, communicative and just a lovely person to work with. He makes sure all of the details are wrapped up and takes well-earned pride in his work. We have already hired him for another large job and have quite a long list of future jobs as well. Just an absolute delight to work with him. As to the work he did, while we called Andres about painting our kitchen cabinets, he ended up doing several of the projects on our list. In addition to painting cabinets, he installed a vent hood, removed old and installed new backsplash tile, removed a large framed TV cabinet/mantel and replaced it with a beautiful stone fireplace surround + mantel, repaired and repainted our large front porch, replaced an exterior door that had rotted AND pressure washed the entire house exterior. "From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of JLP Custom Paint. The quote they presented broke every aspect of the painting job down, ie:trim, ceiling, wall paint, etc. This was great. We initally signed a contract to only paint walls, trim and ceilings of our dinning room and kitchen and breakfast area (also re-do cabinets in kitchen),the end result was just perfect!.Just last evening we accepted their proposal to now do add'l rooms in our house.They do great work, but equally as important they are a great couple, we gave them acess to our home without us being there and felt very comfortable with that!"

"Great job, good price. Performed significant drywall ceiling repairs to 2 rooms from installing recessed cans. Repairs included removed old crown molding caulk at the ceiling, repairing, and repainting (primer, 2 coats of final paint). Painted one large room walls and trim (baseboard, 3 part crown, windows (2), doors (2)). They even trimmed out the cracked paint from the panels of the doors, caulked and painted (primer, 2 coats trim paint). Covered floors, furniture and put plastic over openings to keep down drywall dust and cleaned up the area (including sweeping outside from debris on their shoes !)."
