"Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details. Pay close attention to the Co Spgs weather. Sealers can take a few hrs to dry."

"We had Larry remove a large window replace with 2 smaller and build a electric fireplace between. The he closed in my covered porch. He installed 3 sliding glass doors and a French door, siding on the outside, insulation then a really nice blue pine on the interior (which was his suggestion). The room looks better than it was before the flood. The crew were quiet, hardworking and very polite. "Our home needed most of the wood-based trim to be replaced, and both the home and the standalone 4 car garage needed paint. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. We love the results, and no longer need to worry about exterior water damage."
