"My 1904 Capitol Hill house had not been updated since the 60â s and was in dire need of a remodel. Our entire job included a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, 9 rooms being completely repainted and original oak floors being refinished as well as updating a lot of electrical outlets. Found Schwalb Builders via Angieâ s List and decided to have them bid my project due to their high review ratings. I had 4 companies come to bid my project and Schwalb Builders had the most robust team, including a designer/project manager (Greg) that had incredible taste. My kitchen has an incredibly awkward layout but I was not ready for major wall tearing down construction. Greg was able to design an incredible layout right in my dining room via his computer. They brought sample cabinets, flooring and countertops right to my house as well! Also knowing that I love wine, in a corner of our kitchen Greg suggested a wine cupboard and wine fridge (SOLD!!). After our initial meeting, Sean the company owner, came out to give a formal bid. They were incredibly competitive and I just felt they understood what I wanted. From there the full project took about three months and I could not be happier with the end result! There were a few minor hiccups due to the house being so old but other than that the process was rather streamlined. All of Schwalb Buildersâ employees are incredibly professional and friendly. There was no hesitation having them in my house. Also communication was always 100%. Greg always responded promptly which helped to put me at ease about various questions I had. I would highly recommend Schwalb Builders for all of your construction/remodeling needs, its great that they have an entire in house team to meet all the demands of construction/remodeling. "My time with peak pro was a great experience for a pianting project. My house was badly in need of a paint job since we moved in 2 years ago. Justin and his design team were a huge help in picking colors since we had no idea where to start. They came out and brought color samples and asked me questions about our style and what we thought we were looking for in order to find the perfect colors for our house. They did great and we love the colors. When it came time to paint the prep work ended up taking longer than expected but Daniel and Miguel did not lack in hard work to do it right. By the end of the project the 3 deck, siding and trim looked so great I had them do my interior which turned out awesome! They were very clean and efficient inside not cutting corners at all. They removed all outlets and light fixtures to be sure and do a thouorough job! Very impressed with the service and quality of work for a very fair price! Of the 3 bids I received they where in the middle of the road when it came to cost. Not the cheapest or the most expensive but fair!"

"Friendly, always on time (my project went over 4 days, even though one day we had a snow storm, they showed up when promised.). They were respectful of my home, good communication, and the value of their work for what they charged was out standing! I had bids from $2,500 to over $5,000, their bid was under $2k and their work was flawless. This is a two man operation, and the owner (who has been a painter and cabinet refinished since a teenager) and his helper (who has been with him for over 10 years) are who will come and do the job.
