"There are a lot of great things to say about Bill. First of all, he can do ANYTHING. Bill replaced siding, installed new plywood and Tyvec, painted my house and deck, built a new front porch, repaired and built new features on my back deck, eliminated rot, installed new gutters, re-insulated my basement, and even fixed a closet door in my house. "Not only was Silas a pleasure to deal with, but his attention to detail was truly extraordinary. He restored my aging deck beyond what I thought was possible. I hired him to stain my deck, but what I got was really restoration. He trimed the shrubs encroaching on the deck, thoroughly pressure, washed it, spent over a day on his knees sanding the deck, replaced rotten boards and then gave it two sprayed on coats of stain. "Excellent team and communication for our roof project. We needed someone to repair our roof that has shingles thats been needing repair and they were able to deliver and spring into action within a day ! It was perfect as the rains were coming and the damage to our roof would have gotten worse. From the time I first communicated they were able to arrive and give us an estimate and work with our insurance company (which was not easy) in the same day. Highly recommend this company ! "Fernando and the crew were AMAZING! They really came through when the first pro I hired flaked without warning. The distance was the only reason I did not include them in the first round of estimates. They were meticulous and seemed tireless with the sanding. They did not rush, taking it apart to make sure it was done properly. I had already purchased the stain based on the previous contractor and recommendation, but they still gave me the 3- year guarantee on their work. The cold nights/morning dew resulted in an extra day, but they showed up on Saturday to not only finish but include me in the and walk through and to make sure no spots were missed during the second coat, no drip spots, etc. A couple of issues once the deck was dry were brought to Fernando attention and was fixed within two business days. Without issue and I got my front door painted at the same time. Renan and Fernando went above and beyond. I definitely hire Missi Painting again and I am looking forward to recommending them to everybody I know."
