"Have French doors/sliding screen doors, in our just purchased home, that were in need of general repairs, including new screens and weather-stripping. Ed and I reviewed the scope of work, set a preliminary price (less materials costs) and date to perform the work. Ed (with his Brother, Victor) returned on the date agreed-to, and worked diligently, and in a very professional manner, to complete all the tasks at hand (plus several we had not originally identified) with, I must say, excellent results! The French doors and screen doors now operate as if they had just been installed new. Actual cost, including materials, was a well spent, very reasonable, $248.00. I have little doubt we'll be calling on Ed, again, in the future."

"Not only was Silas a pleasure to deal with, but his attention to detail was truly extraordinary. He restored my aging deck beyond what I thought was possible. I hired him to stain my deck, but what I got was really restoration. He trimed the shrubs encroaching on the deck, thoroughly pressure, washed it, spent over a day on his knees sanding the deck, replaced rotten boards and then gave it two sprayed on coats of stain. I will be hiring Silas again to do some interior painting for me as well. I canâ  t praise the quality of his work more."

"Oscar Vico Painting proved to be as outstanding, in every way, as his reviews and reputation posted on line would indicate. His job for me included walls (some with wallpaper stripping and skim coating required) originally stained doors, both paneled and louvered (with frames, molding and baseboards), and a papered stairwell with a high half-wall, the final motivation that led me to a Pro. I will be forever grateful that Pro was Oscar Vico. Skilled and adept with the actual prep and painting, his efficient organizing and planning for every step was equally impressive. He always knew how to end the day at a logical break point, as he cruised to the finish line. His array of tools (including a kind of telescoping ladder that made short work of my stairway ceiling) was dazzling. They were successful with removing all the green mold and grime that had collected on the roof. They were very neat and removed the roof dirt that dripped on the siding and windows. They worked as a team very diligently and made sure I was pleased with the work. One shingle above the front door was showing wear and they happily replaced with a new shingle that I supplied. I would highly recommend this company for roof cleaning."
