He painted my kitchen cabinets, did custom moldings on the kitchen island, installed light fixtures, changed electrical outlets, installed shelving for a mud room, repaired closet shelving, painted and spackled rooms in my house, routed cable wires, did plumbing work in my bathrooms, replaced some broken tiles in my bathroom and hung French doors in my living room. If you can think it, he can do it. He is very reliable and comes when he says he is going to come. Also, his fees are very reasonable. He is top notch and a pleasure to work with."

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. "We have been having a problem with pigeons hanging around all day on/under our solar panels. I originally had a handyman who was going to install mesh around the edges of the panels and yesterday (the day he was supposed to come) found out he didn't have insurance/license so I canceled. I then went into a Zoom meeting and heard the darn pigeons cooing and fluttering all over the roof and got so upset. I came to Angi and found Best Choice Roofing (aka Best Way) - he called me back right away and in less than an hour he was here. The first thing he did was hand me his business card with his License # on it. Very professional. He got up on the roof, then in a few minutes came down and gave me an estimate. Once I accepted, he called his team to assist and he started on the roof. They were super clean - blew out my gutters, blew everything out from under the solar panels, and made sure to blow the porch and front of my house to remove any debris. I had peace of mind that they were licensed and insured. Today I am happy to announce, I have not heard ONE PIGEON! I know this company usually does more like roofing and gutter-type projects, but I will be letting any of my neighbors with solar panels/pigeons know who to call. Great crew. Thanks so much!"

Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. "Carlos had previously performed work on my home, and his work was outstanding. We asked him to bid residing the house. His quote was very competitive and he made great effort to assist us in choosing the materials and colors. He began the job on schedule and finished on schedule. His attention to detail is astonishing. The siding looks spectacular, as do the new leaders and gutters. Gorgeous work! Carlos is a perfect gentleman, and we made sure he and his crew had plenty of cold drinks and a cool place to retreat to from the summer heat. While he was doing the job, we had an extremely violent thunderstorm that produced winds recorded at over 80 mph. Nothing came loose whatsoever. Indeed, several of my neighbors suffered wind damage to their siding. I sent Carlos over to see what he could do. He and his crew repaired the senior citizen's siding and because we had a very rainy day, replaced the man's kitchen sink and installed a new toilet. No wasted days due to weather. The neighbor raved about the work.... Finally, as the siding was going up, I asked Carlos if he would be interested in replacing our 335 feet of fencing. He gave us an excellent price, and the day the siding was finished, 42 sections of fence was delivered. Two days later, the fence was beautifully installed and all waste, including tree limbs and shrubs I removed, were carted off in a dumpster. Much to our surprise, Carlos stopped by a few days later and replaced a roof shingle on one of our bay windows. It wasn't his responsibility, but he made a point to make everything flawless. Carlos Espinoza Home Improvement is highly recommended. We will surely use them again."
