Tenants are my kid and SIL and they will help clean. They need to learn how to stay organized.Project Location: Longmont, CO Date: 01/17/24Location: HomeComment: Looking for a neurodivergent affurming, gentle home organizer to primarily act as body double/support, conversation partner. I have NVLD and have a partner with ADHD, as well as an autistic child with symptoms of ADHD. Three neurodivergent people in one family has led to chaos. I have found that I do not primarily struggle with knowing what to do or finding/knowing systems, and have had shutdown when people think that is the solution or the underlying problem. Unlike my ADHD family members, a little distraction goes a long way for me. If I sit down to go through a pile of papers or a basket of items by myself, I don't make it long. If I have someone to talk to and, along the way, the editing happens, it tends to be more sustainable. I am not looking for only a one-off home organization project. We will need to do that for a fresh start, but we will likely also jeed monthly sustaining organization help.
