We are looking for an all-inclusive quote to repair our customer's French Fitness FL70 Freeweight Leverage Gym System.

DESCRIPTION:
It is correct with the chest press because ball bearings are used. However, the lat pulldown and hack squat sections use a gasket and when using, the screw starts to unthread and keeps unthreading.
The bushings on those stations are too thick so we will send smaller bushings for a technician to replace in order to have the bolts tighten onto the shafts- this will allow the movement without untightening.
PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
1. Fully test the unit upon arrival and replicate issue(s) (or have the customer replicate to ensure it is not a user error), then diagnose & follow the job description to find out what is the cause. Install the parts sent to repair the machine.
2. Troubleshoot the issue using service manuals, calibration procedures, etc and if concluded, provide pics and part numbers of parts needed, as well as the console + base serial number, in an email to us. NOTE: Have the service manuals on hand for further troubleshooting tips in case needed PRIOR to going out.
3. Return all parts using the provided (in email) return labels.
4. Contact OUR TECH SUPPORT LINE: 925-215-2927 while onsite if unable to repair on the first trip.
