They responded quickly, came over a little bit earlier than the scheduled appointment, quickly replaced my ancient & broken garage door springs, made sure everything was just right, then charged exactly what they quoted. We arranged for them to come out in the early afternoon, and they were happily a little bit early! Cesar introduced himself, inspected the door, and quickly had the old springs removed. When he discovered he didn't have the right replacements in his truck, the owner (Omar) drove HIS truck over in just a few minutes with the necessary parts. The new springs were quickly installed, the door was lubricated and balanced, and we tested everything out. Both men made adjustments until they were fully happy it was opening and closing smoothly. They insisted I call them if any problems come up after they leave, just another way of showing they were really interested in making sure I was satisfied and confident of their commitment to doing a good job. I'll call Level 10 Overhead Door again in a heartbeat if any other garage door work comes up!"
