"Amazing! For years we suffered with water in our basement, lots of water . After loads of research we called American Dry Basement Systems, they came and reviewed a plan with us. We thought it over, and then decided that they had the plan that would truly fix our problem. We were right! We were given a start date, however they were able to start earlier than planned- that was a shock to us for the contracting business. The workers were amazing, there was no mess and the work was completed ahead of schedule and our basement is nice and dry. Our work was done almost three years ago, remember all the rain we’ve experienced these last couple springs— NO water in our basement. We can actually use our basement to store things and even have a nice play area set up for the grandkids. Whenever we had a question, we would get a quick response. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
