"Replaced 7 windows in our home. Fantastic product! Sales associate that came to our home was very polite, didn't pressure us into anything. He did seem a little disorganized during his presentation though. The gentleman that came out and did the measurements was very nice and finished his work quickly, probably less than 15 minutes. The installers were awesome! They got right to work, had all old windows out and new ones installed in about 5 hours, which I was impressed with. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Finished work looked great, no damage was done to any part of the house around the windows, which was a concern of mine. They also showed how to work the windows as far as how to make sure they lock properly and how to fold windows down for cleaning. Overall very happy with everything. Will be doing business with Midtown in the future for sure. Can't wait to get those lower electric and gas bills!"
