"Eric Marroquin is a reliable, dependable, and excellent person in this field. I have used him several times for a lot of different things, from tree trimming to sump pumps, to drainage projects. He CLEANS UP after the work he does. He is ON TIME. He will call you back (unless on vacation) Give him a try next time you need something for your yard, even maintenance services, sprinkler installations or other bigger projects for artificial grass. You'll be happy you did!!! He covers a large area of Los Angeles, Ventura counties."

"I have known Steven for almost twenty-five years, we have worked together on various projects in the Film/Television industry. Steven is a good designer who is versed in many styles and has a full knowledge of period details. He has a sound understanding of architecture and knows how to create useful and attractive spaces; heâ s also a genius when it comes to problem-solving. Heâ s up to date on all available materials and how best to use them. Steven has a strong work ethic and is very conscientious, and his sense of humor and light disposition puts anyone at ease; he gets along well with people. Recently, I had Steven draw up a ramp and a flight of stairs for the front entrance to our condo building, and as expected, he did a splendid job. We worked on the design together, and he prepared the working drawings and documentation. Then, he saw it through the local authorities here in Redondo Beach. "The owner, Jeff West, personally designed and installed a completely new environment in the back yard of our home in Los Feliz; including designing and building an artificial rock wall, lighting design and install water feeds, all native plant selection and install and 2 ton of decorative rock. Itâ s so beautiful all of our friends and neighbors canâ t believe the transformation. He is extremely talented The project was on time and on budget. "Alicia was wonderful to work with to transform our front courtyard and backyard into a beautiful garden setting. We moved in to our house over 18 years ago and the landscape was "meh" but we never really did much with it. Over the years, the old cracked pond and fountain became a hazard and the whole area in front of our porch looked desolate. Our backyard was more of a case of benign neglect. After a dangerous fall caused by the old pond in the front, we decided we needed to take all of it out and try and make the area look nice. I entered my project in Angie's List and Alicia was the first company to call me. She was very easy to talk to, and after comparing the bids of 3 other companies, I chose Firmly Planted for the job since they could do both the removal of the old rocks and concrete and put in a landscape design. She also had some great ideas for our neglected corner in our backyard as well as taking care of some items that needed to be done and repair a gate and brace a wood fence.. The estimate was VERY fair for the amount of work that was done. The workers arrived promptly Monday morning and were done by Thursday afternoon with all the debris cleaned up along with some additional trimming that I added to the job since they were already there. I am VERY happy with my new gardens in the front and back, the repair work that was done, and the quickness and ease that this project, that I have been dreading for over a decade, was completed."
