"Manny (Manuel) of CRT Remodeling did an amazing job working on all of the interior finishes for my backyard ADU guest house. He did it all, including hardwood floors, staircase railings, kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, bathroom tiles and fixtures, custom faux beams on vaulted ceiling, window and door casings (trim), custom closet doors under staircase, painting, staining, and more. He even took on some demolition work, installing insulation when other contractors where unavailable, outside trenching, and some plumbing tasks. He is a highly skilled finished carpenter by trade, but he is a jack of all. And, his cost is the best you'll find. High quality. If he doesn't do it right to satisfaction, he'll take it apart and redo at no cost to you (and with no arguing involved). Manny is based in Utah, but he travels to the Bay Area for remodeling and new construction jobs, including bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, floor installs, and finished carpentry. He was actually here during March of 2020 when the pandemic lockdowns went into effect. Unbelievably, he was able to keep my project moving when the rest of the world seemed to shut down overnight. He did this while he was stuck here during travel bans away from his own family and worried to death about their safety and medical conditions. "Joseph Bushman did a wonderful job on our back yard. We absolutely love how it turned out! He built a really cool Man made stone fire pit with A stone bench that we LOVE! Joseph took all the stress out of making decisions on this project. We had some rough plans of what we wanted but asked him for help filling in the blanks He presented some really great ideas that we used. My wife and I arenâ t the best with making decisions so during the project we changed Our minds on some of the plants and couldnâ t decide what plants we should go with. Joseph came over and sat for another hour with us as he talked about all the various plant options and the pros and cons of each plant. I was very impressed with how laid back he was. He wasnâ t annoyed at all with us changing our minds or him needing to spend extra time with us. We did this same thing when I came to the man made stone for the fire pit and bench and he spent more time trying to help us make sure we were comfortable with the color of the stone. Never did he rush us or act annoyed that we changed our minds. In the end, it turned out just how we had envisioned. He did little extra things for us that werenâ t in the contract. He looked for ways to save us money. He is very honest and someone you can trust. There were a couple things in the original bid that we decided not to do and he deducted these off the bill without us asking. He installed an in-ground trampoline, several raised garden boxes, retaining wall, arranged for concrete curbing, installed our vinyl fence, installed new sprinklers and drip lines in the back yard and connected the front yard sprinklers to his new control box so everything was using the same system. He installed lots of bushes and trees and put down sod. Joseph takes pride in his work and delivered a fantastic product! I highly recommend him for anything you need done to your yard. I like That He had a 4â year degree in landscaping so he knew what he was doing."
