"Sam with Built Corp Group was the Manager that managed our remodeling project and his end results work and the schedule was just perfect. I know when usually you start a remodeling project of any kind; you figure out the schedule to be very flexible and the remodeling project always takes weeks or months to finish beyond what the contractor says, but In my review here I would like to tell you that Sam and his crew of people finished on time. All the workers worked every day and did not miss one day or later, and the work was, without any doubt, top-notch. I had, really, nothing to complain about. "Alicia was wonderful to work with to transform our front courtyard and backyard into a beautiful garden setting. We moved in to our house over 18 years ago and the landscape was "meh" but we never really did much with it. Over the years, the old cracked pond and fountain became a hazard and the whole area in front of our porch looked desolate. Our backyard was more of a case of benign neglect. After a dangerous fall caused by the old pond in the front, we decided we needed to take all of it out and try and make the area look nice. I entered my project in Angie's List and Alicia was the first company to call me. She was very easy to talk to, and after comparing the bids of 3 other companies, I chose Firmly Planted for the job since they could do both the removal of the old rocks and concrete and put in a landscape design. She also had some great ideas for our neglected corner in our backyard as well as taking care of some items that needed to be done and repair a gate and brace a wood fence.. The estimate was VERY fair for the amount of work that was done. The workers arrived promptly Monday morning and were done by Thursday afternoon with all the debris cleaned up along with some additional trimming that I added to the job since they were already there. I am VERY happy with my new gardens in the front and back, the repair work that was done, and the quickness and ease that this project, that I have been dreading for over a decade, was completed."
