He explained every step of the way what was needed for our retaining wall, and how a retaining wall functions; grading, drainage, equipment needed, etc. The gentleman in his crew worked tirelessly. He went above and beyond to work with us, especially since in digging they hit shale, which was a complete headache for them, and meant the job would take longer. Yes, it did mean that the job would cost more because you can't build a wall on shale, but Rob had thoroughly discussed with us ahead of time that you never know what you are going to find when you dig so we were definitely OK with having to deal with that. He also did what he could to make it work on both ends, and we are eternally grateful to him for that!"

Andy works with you on every detail of the project from start to finish. When you call or have questions he responds immediately. He ensures the crew are meeting the requests doucumented in the contract, and is very flexible in make adjustments or additions as requested. The crew are remarkable, Danny, Segundo, Remal, the electricians, and the rest of the team. They are very detailed in their work performance, which is reflected in the final results. The crew is very respectful of your home and are neat and clean as they are working on the project. As stated before I am very pleased with the results. ACRSI is very professional, Andy will come to your home to access your project and provide you with suggestions as needed, he was very helpful through the two projects with some great recommendations. Julie at the office consistently provided me with documented updates on the payments for the project, it was very helpful to keep me on track.
