1. Removal of all aluminum siding and all associated fasteners covering all exterior walls, roof fascia/soffit, and trim or as otherwise directed by client. Removal of plywood covering all fenestrations.
2. 4. Demolition of two-story interior to include:
--Interior walls and ceilings plaster/lath, drywall, and/or other surface coverings and all associated fasteners.
-- All non-load bearing interior partition walls as marked
--All floor coverings and subfloor will remain at this time.
--All interior & exterior electrical wiring and associated components & fixtures
--All interior & exterior plumbing and associated components & fixtures
--All interior & exterior HVAC components & ducting
--All debris and items within the property
Dumpsters will be supplied.
