"My chimney was significantly cracked and had pieces of brick falling off of it. Additionally, I was getting water in my fireplace every time it rained hard. I called Saul at Chimney Safe; he scheduled an appointment immediately and was prompt in arriving. After thoroughly inspecting my fireplace, going into the crawlspace in the lower level of the house to look at the boiler/furnace, and going onto the roof to check the chimney (something none of the other contractors I had out did), Saul gave me an extremely good quote to do a substantial rebuild of my chimney. "They did a complete chimney rebuild with waterproofing (new brick and mortar, new flue and cap) from the roof line up. They were able to come out on Friday for an inspection and quote. They were able to fit me into schedule and complete the work on Sunday. This was very helpful as solar company is installing a new roof on Thursday and they don't do chimney rebuilds or repointing.
