Built great looking steps for us as well, and repaired my broken brick steps in the front of my house. Highly recommend RR for quality work. "I hired Ben's Masonry to re-do my brick patio - repave plus build new stone steps. I am quite happy with the overall experience. They responded well, showed up on time, get the job done faster than estimated - they estimated to take 3-4 days, but finished in one day - one long day - after I asked them try faster. The new patio looks very nice. They know what they are doing, for sure. They can be trusted. One recommendation - this must be true to all contractors - tell them in detail what you want, and write down in contract."

"Prior to picking Quality 1st Maintenance, I had picked four company's that were HIGHLY recommended in Angie's listing. One company, I felt did a great job in assessing the project, and in explaining what needed to be done. Thought they were a bit on the high side. Two more came in, one total me that there was no need to put in a stainless steel flue, and that it was a waste a money. Thankfully, I had done my due diligence and understood that what he was telling me was not only dangerous but wrong. The other company, though very close to the first one, had not wanted to get up to the roof, I told him that I understood the house very difficult to get there. Now comes Oscar, he came, looked at the outside, gave his perception of what he had to do. Took out the ladder and came back down, and told me exactly what I had thought. The flashing that was done from Power Remodeling, needed to be removed. Oscar said that there was no way that he would be able to do a good job if the flashing was not removed, the chimney needed to be at the house line. Right there the decision was made. Not only did he quote me a fair price, he actually made sense he what he said on the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him. UPDATE: After having the chimney done, a bit more than a year later I called Oscar for a reason, to have the chimney protected as he had suggested. Oscar accommodated his schedule to come over and look at it, get it done. My family was very happy with the work. Professional, respectful, was willing to answer concerns that the family had and spent time explaining the process of protecting the bricks. Again, would highly recommend him."

"Our 30 yr old brick patio had seen its better days and we were ready for a makeover. So I went on Angie?s list and found E K Masonry. Made a call to Eljon and he came to our home, reviewed the area and gave us not just an estimate but ideas as well to help us decide on a final product. After a few days deciding and looking over a Cambridge catalogue he provided us we decided to go with Eljon and never so glad we did. Eljon and his Crew are very cordial, friendly, down to earth and polite. The day they started they wasted no time getting down to it. They worked like ?killer bees? and in 2 days they had our 30 yr old brick patio turned into a beautiful paver haven. My wife and I both were lost for words. It?s just an awesome makeover and we couldn?t be happier with it AND the cost. I highly recommend them! E K Masonry will definitely be our ?One Stop Company? for all our future masonry/paver projects. My only regret is I was unable to give them 10+ stars!"
