Not only was that completed but in addition the brick foundation was cement over around the whole foundation. Santos also dug around foundation under the ground level and reinforced the foundation. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly."

"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. "George and his father in-law re-pointed my front stairs and also cleaned and re-grouted the patio. During the entire project, George was in constant communication with me. This made for a very smooth process and avoided any miscommunications. The quality of work was outstanding. They had to drill out every mortar seam in the front brick stairs. The new mortar work was perfect. The stair have never looked better. As mentioned earlier, the patio work was excellent. They power washed and re-grouted the entire patio. It really looks brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to hire George for any future masonry projects."

They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed.
