"Frankie was very professional and knowledgeable. He called shortly after the appointment was set for Friday and we were able to move up the appointment by one day. It was storming this morning and he communicated that he was running a bit late due to the awful traffic the storm caused. He brought in a trainee and was very patient and professional while performing the tests on my washing machine to see why it wasn't working. It was determined that I needed a new timer and he called his office for the part. The office told us that they do not make this part anymore. He said if I could give him a day or two he would look to see if he could find it on-line. I agreed but before they could put the washer back together the office had text back that they found one and would have it shipped. I will get a call when it comes in. My service fee for today will be deducted from the total cost of the repair once that is complete."
