"The individual was so polite! We had a small conversation but at no time was demanding or beating around the bush. I told him my past experiences with my lawn so we came into an agreement. It was that simple. He quickly went and got his equipment and went at it!! He told me what he was going to do and he did that exactly. In the end, he took me around and showed me his work.
