A young man named Olaide gave me an estimate for the amount he would charge in order to visit my apartment and diagnose the problem, and how much more it would be should he be able to correct the issue. He showed up promptly at the time he said that he would come (after calling that same day to confirm our appointment), and was very courteous, friendly, and professional in his manner. He was able to tell me what was wrong and that same day, without taking too much time, he was able to fix the problem. I consider his final charge for the service very reasonable. I would recommend his work without hesitation."
