"I moved into a 10 year old home with older appliances. I called this company to repair my dryer. The repair man evaluated my dryer and explained that my dryer was in perfect condition. My problem was the dryer vent causing my clothes not to dry and the dryer to over heat. Due to the rain, he had to come back today where he could clear the vent from an old bird nest in it, and then climb on the roof to pull out the contents at the end of the vent. Noticing my wash machine was sitting off center, he re-balanced the wash machine feet so it stayed in place when running. Then he told me to order a pan that goes under my wash machine in case it ever over-flowed. He would return to install the pan. He asked if there were any other appliances that needed to be fixed. I gladly showed him my freezer section of my refrigerator. My ice maker was a daily irritant when ice would spill on the floor each time the door opened. The ice maker needed a simple circular flap and within minutes the problem was resolved. He also showed me how to cleaned my oven. Overall, Im thrilled. Washer doesnt walk, dryer dries my clothes, ice maker makes ice for the ice bucket and not the floor and I can clean the oven. I now have a wonderful repair man I can trust, who wont overcharge me, will show up exactly on time, and comes with 30 years of appliance repair experience."
