He is easy to communicate with via e-mail ([email protected]), shows up on time, and does high quality work for a fair price. We needed 3 bedroom ceiling fans replaced, a vent cover reattached and the new installation of a bathroom ceiling light fixture. In replacing one of the ceiling fans, Matt discovered that the original fan had been hung without the appropriate bracing -- so he went out, got the bracing and hung it right! Likewise, on the install of the light fixture, the new fixture 'kit' didn't come with a ceiling plate, so Matt, once again, headed out to get the missing elements to make sure the install was done properly. He also returned twice to ensure the drywall repair in the bathroom was perfect. He does this work on the side so you need to be flexible about scheduling."
