"Curtis was very professional and friendly. He was polite and honest. Curtis came to our home to find out why our washing machine was not draining. He showed me the motor and explained that it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. I asked him to change the belt on our dryer while he was here. He checked the dryer and said the belt was still good and did not need changing. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need. I would recommend him to family and friends."
