"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

(Choose all that apply): Water LeakComment: I have a small leak just below a roof vent that was installed incorrectly (instead of being on top of shingles along the bottom it is completely under all the shingles which I suspect is causing the leak). This was installed about 25 years ago on a 3-tab asphalt roof. I took pictures of the leak from inside of the attic and we can review at the job, the leak is about 10” below the roof vent. I am looking for help to loosen shingles (black 3 tab) around the square roof vent, remove vent and then reinstall shingles in that area properly. FYI - I will be looking for quotes to put another roof over this original 3-tab roof in the spring/summer as it is now 25 years old (I would like a quote if this is something the roofer would be interested in). I have a good fiberglass ladder that can be used so roofer would not need to bring a ladder. I am not picky about perfect match just a black 3 tab shingle would be fine to replace any shingles that need to be replaced. This is on the second story and the roof does not have very steep pitch, so it is easy to walk on.
