They worked perfectly within our HOA guidelines and move-in timeframe for the installation. Justin was nothing short of wonderful to work with answering our million questions and making sure the six-foot privacy fence would be safe for our dogs. "Miguel and his team did a great job replacing a deck at a townhouse located in the Windbrooke at Silverton townhome community in Cary, NC. These charming townhomes were built in the 1980s. More recently, the HOA voted to make unit owners responsible for repair and replacement of decks instead of the HOA. Predictably, there are plenty of decks that need to be repaired and/or replaced in this community. Miguel handled permitting with the Town of Cary and he stained the deck after construction to meet HOA guidelines. He is reasonably priced, efficient, and quick to communicate with his clients. Would highly recommend."
