"We contracted with Metropolitan Roofing to replace the roof and gutters on our home. We got three different bids so we could make an informed decision. Metropolitan was the least expensive by a very significant amount. We worked with Doug Westhoff to ensure that even though this company was less expensive the work that the other two companies had planned to do was included in the Metropolitan bid. The 3 man crew arrived on the per-arranged date once the rain delays were past, our roof was replaced late February, early March. We worked with Sergio the project manager and Celio, the onsite manager and lead on site worker. Our roof is very steep and quite large, because of a large covered patio. The entire project took the 3 men 9 days to complete as they worked a minimum of 8 hours a day. They were really hard working taking few breaks other than their lunch. The roof had quite a bit of damage from a rather poor first roof and gutter install. 21 sheets of roof decking needed to be replaced due to water damage or moisture due to poor ventilation. Our roof was only 20 years old but it didn't wear very well. We can't say enough good things about this crew and all of the people we worked with at Metropolitan Roof. Each day the crew did a clean up putting work equipment away and cleaning up all the debris from the day's work. Included in the roof replacement was the addition of a Sun Tunnel in our upstairs bathroom. Prior to the roof replacement we had been unable to have additional natural light in the this bathroom because there was no access to the space above the bathroom. The installer worked with the roofing team to access the space via the roof sheeting. They did an excellent job getting it in the perfect spot to add natural light to the bathroom and the landing outside the bathroom door. The finally day of roofing the gutter crew arrived and completed the install of new gutters. They worked with us on the color and any special areas that might need more attention. This 3 man crews also was extremely hard working and did a fantastic job. We know that everyone's experience with a company can vary for many reasons; the employees, delays, product, and specifics for the job. Our experience with Metropolitan was nothing but outstanding! I can't promise your experience will be the same exceptional one we had, but I would bet the odds are pretty good."

"I have used Guardian roofing for many years. First: I had a shake roof on my house. Guardian Roofing helped me clean and protect my shake roof and repaired any shakes as necessary. Here is where the great service comes in. If I had any leaks in my shake roof that was because of their service, they repaired it at their cost. Every person they sent out to my home for service was polite, courteous, and was working with me to satisfy MY needs. If they made a mess, there made sure that it was cleaned up per My satisfaction. Second; last year I had my shake roof replaced with a Certain Teed Landmark TL Roofing. It was a complete tear off and replace. The crew was Great. They covered my bushes, Garage doors and anything else that could be damaged. They cleaned up every night before going home and made sure it was to My satisfaction. They were here for three and a half days and when they finished, the crew went around the house with me to make sure I was happy, (They were very Customer oriented). They also made sure that all gutters and down spouts were clean out. I cannot complain about Guardian Roofing and their service. Third: they just recently applied a Moss and Algae treatment on my roof. They were very customer oriented and made sure that all was cleaned up. I have no complaints or arguments with Guardian Roofing and their Crew. The last thing that is important to me and their customers, they were hooked up with a safety line and worker Safety First. I would Recommend Guardian Roofing to anyone."

"We are extremely pleased with Brandon with Fresh Start Home Exteriors and the two roofers/gutter specialists who arrived right on time! Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. We had paid for roofers to replace the wood above the porch’s roof last year due to water damage from the water not draining on the left side. The two specialists, who were efficient, courteous and hard working, cleaned out the full gutter, drained all the water that had accumulated and inserted a new gutter that drained the water away from the house.
