"Calin & his team did amazing work! They refinished our "not so old" oak floors on our first floor, and our 2nd floor original hard wood thin plank oak floors. We removed carpet that the prior homeowners installed over the original stained wood. All of the stains were able to be sanded out. Calin suggested a few different darker stains, and we love the finished product. He updated our stairwell by painting the vertical planks white, and made great suggestions to us throughout the project."

"I can't praise enough Daniel and his company of hard workers. They all took such care in the project and worked very efficiently together. They are respectful of one's property and try their best to keep everything as clean as possible while they work and then clean up afterwards. Daniel was very concerned about helping get the floor that I wanted and then did extra repair to make sure that no one would know that a replacement of the flooring had been made. "I called with an emergency situation. Best buy was supposed to do an installation for a new washing machine. They were able to only get the hot water line off. AS a result they did not do the install. When they left,they failed to put the hot water line back properly, 5 mins after they left the hose, it started to spray everywhere and I was not able to turn it off and best buy refused to come back and fit it. Water got into my ceiling and light fixtures below. Called Patriot Home Repairs, they were fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to repair the issue with the valve , and even fix the other hose best buy couldn't take off. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the water and made sure eveything was secure and in working order befor leaving. 100% will recommend to my friend and family and use in the future."

"I hired them to do one job at first in my home which was pull up carpet and install laminate flooring. The work was excellent! I then hired in to remodel 3 of my rental properties bathrooms and one of them he did a total rehab of the entire building and itâ s is emasculate. Very professional always on time and was there everyday M- Friday and sometimes Saturday until the work was complete. What I loved the most was that some people take on more than one job and in doing so it takes them a much longer time to finish. "Alex and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. Our project was rather large it that it included 1.) weaving in new hardwood flooring into an existing hardwood floor in two places 2.) sanding the entire lower level 3.) sanding the stairs and 4.) sanding our upstairs hallway. We also replaced our stair newel posts and balusters, where Alex and his crew prepared the area and coordinated well with the separate master carpenter crew that performed the stair installation. Alex and his crew were also fantastic working through our stain preferences including stain type (DuraSeal) stain color, sealer (Bona Intense) and clear coat (Bona Traffic HD). The house literally looks brand new and we could not be more pleased. We interviewed 4 different contractors and chose KALS given we were able to actually inspect some previous work they had completed and were appropriately priced for the fantastic work they performed."
