"We hired Falcon Pools to complete a rather complex renovation of our pool. Including full deck, retaining walls, drains, spa, stairs, tanning ledge and complete lift of the entire pool depth. They communicate every single detail and made sure they had alignment even before the material purchase. They sent pictures to confirm and called me on the weekend to answer any questions my wife and I had. 2. Attention to detail.
