"Avi and his team were fabulous. At the beginning of the process, he was the only contractor that we had spoken to that even mentioned the abatement process and how it might affect us. He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Avi made sure that we knew that something might not be the best idea but if we truly wanted it he would do it. We did the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, all windows, all doors including the front and garage doors. It was a huge undertaking but what a transformation. We were first time home remodelers and they walked us through every aspect of the process. When the unexpected happened, they were up front and let us know. The construction team under Luis were fabulous. We would swear Luis was a magician, the kinds of things he could get done on the spot were amazing. Definitely a man of many skills. The crew were respectful and friendly. They made sure everything was clean and livable at the end of each day. Also Joyce, the office coordinator, was awesome and we had a text thread going with her and Avi the whole time. All the permits were obtained in the proper manner and everything was done according to safety regulations. We are thrilled with all of our new home and highly recommend Finesse Remodeling and Consulting for all your interior remodeling needs."

"We got introduced to M.DH. by friends who had beautiful work done at their house. We bought a house in Tarzana that requires renovations in several parts of the house and right away in our first meeting with David we felt confident we were not only hiring an expert but someone who has pride in what he does and can be trusted. My husband and I don’t always align and David just steered us in the right direction and away from was wastful projects. David made surebwe had the best line-up of professionals — from electricians, plumbers, and painters to countertop fabricators. "The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up. They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay. The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive. I find TerraVenti easy to work with. The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work. We would definitely recommend this company if you are planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel."
