They stayed on schedule and within budget, The communication was also top-notchâ any questions or concerns I had were quickly addressed, making the whole experience stress-free. The extra convenience was, I lived out of town during construction and I was still able to track the work everyday with their software which allows me to track the work thru pictures, video and annotations with daily updates. The ADU they built has exceeded my expectations in terms of both functionality and aesthetic appeal, and it's already generating income as I rented right away!
