"We found this company on the internet, we called them because they were highly rated! We called them around 6 pm, and Aury called back almost immediately. He came to see us the same day around 7 pm, even though they are about 30 minutes away from us. He did his assessment and explained it to us, then he politely said, **you can review, think about it and let me know.** Needless to say, we said yes, the price was perfect. They came in the next day at 8:30 AM as they promised, they were 4 people, bright and early, they were ready to work, and that is what they did. Aury kept me up to date with what they were doing, so I knew what was going on. Our AC was in the attic, not much space there, another company we had called told us that the space was too small and that they could not install the AC unit we wanted. WISE was able to do what the other company could not! In addition, the other company gave us a huge expensive quote, almost $7000. Wise beat their price, for a lot. And we were able to have the AC we wanted, 4 ton air conditioner and in top of it they included an ultraviolet treatment system without cost! This is a family company, the father who is the big boss came in during the time of the installation to make sure the work was done well. I recommend Wise to anyone that wants a nice, professional, polite crew to work on your home...we are super pleased with their work. A big shout to Aury and his crew for a job well done. "Al's business responded quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. When he examined the wine cooler, he determined it needed a new relay. Unable to find one online, since the cooler is old, he finally contacted Vinotemp on the phone. He patiently persisted with the usual "hold, please" disconnection and finally was able to order the needed part. 4 days later he was shipped the wrong relay piece and contacted them again and got the correct part sent immediately. The best part of this was he kept me informed about what was going on, since this caused a delay in his return to complete the repair. When he finally got the correct part, he scheduled an appointment, called that he was on his way, and quickly replaced the defective part. Al is a true professional who takes care of the customer and sees a job to its successful completion. Highly recommend him for any type of appliance repair--he does everything except Sanyo and LG. I am very satisfied!"
