"Our experience with Five Star Painting far exceeded our expectations. Working with Carl (owner of Five Star Painting) was a pleasure and a gift. Our home was in rough shape. It certainly looked its years and was in great need of a face lift. Carl made sure that this project was well-planned out and organized. He educated us about our options and types of products that might fit the profile of what we would like to see with our finished home. We knew from experience that paint will fade. He helped us choose a paint that would take longer to experience the side effects of the sun beating down on it. He made helpful suggestions about color combinations but was supportive of any decision we made. Currently, there are a lot of complications in relation to supply and demand with our current economical situation. Carl was unable to procure the paint we originally planned in a timely manner but gave us an upgrade without additional cost so that we could still stay within our timeline. In fact, they were even able to start a couple weeks ahead of schedule which was much more convenient for us. The Five Star Painting team that arrived were professional and very conscientious about keeping their workspace clean. They taped everything off, used tarps to ensure paint did not get onto our driveway, and left no trace at the end of the project. Carl himself was a joy to chat with on his regular stops to check on the progress. I take him to be naturally a business man but equally a family man and Christian. At one point, I needed to cancel something due to a family crisis and he very sincerely told me that he would pray over our loved one. I would hire someone regardless of their faith but this was definitely a nice bonus from my point of view. I felt like we could trust that he would take pride in his company and the work that they do and we were not disappointed. He was very responsive to emails, texts, or calls. You cannot go wrong hiring this company."

"Whole job was finished in 2 days. With a customer with high standards of how the work should be done, left him stunned of how well it turned out. The quote we received was the best out there. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
