"What a great experience. My wife and I needed to renovate our thirty-one year old home in order to place it on the market. We needed to replace a bathtub, two toilets and all of the faucets, water heater, oven, cooktop, countertops, sink, install new tile, hardwood, and carpeted flooring, two sliding doors, a front entry door, new A/C ducts and insulation up to code, new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and the painting of all walls, ceilings, and trim throughout. We were not looking forward to this endeavor because it seems that anyone with a pickup truck and a hammer call themselves a re modeler. We didn't think we would be able to find just one contractor to manage the entire renovation. So we went on Home Advisor and started the process of interviewing and getting cost estimates from various contractors for the several pieces of the project. "Jose was communicative by text and phone during the project. The quality of the work was better than I expected based on the amount that I paid Jose at the end of the project. Jose and his crew showed up on the job site consecutive days in a row to finish the job. He was open to feedback in terms of what needed to be fixed/improved before I considered the job complete. He provided ideas to me in terms of what might make the project better. In addition to hiring Jose to do the drywall and plaster, Jose's crew also performed the demolition and some light construction before finishing the drywall, tape and float, texture and painting. Additionally, they installed baseboards and trim. I hired Jose and his crew to fix the siding and some trim on the front of my house. They repainted the front of my house afterwards.
