"We had unusual circumstances regarding a reoccurring leak in our line sets running under sunroom concrete slab. After numerous attempts and extreme fee's by long standing HVAC company, we decide to give Velocity a try. After doing due diligence online ,we decided to purchase the "leak seal" and coolant to recharge the system. I had a lengthy conversation with Tyler (owner) explaining my problems to date in addition to discussing my desire to purchase the materials. He was very professional and related to my situation and we agreed to a service agreement fee to perform the work requested. He then had me schedule the appointment with Witley, who was very courteous and professional. It was agreed that I would contact their office upon receipt of the materials, at which time an appointment for service would be set. Upon receipt of the materials, I contacted Witley. She scheduled a service appointment for the next day. The service technician came on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He installed the leak seal and coolant in a timely manner and also performed a diagnostic test on the system. So far, so good. If this repair doesn't hold, (it would be through no fault of Velocity) our next step would be to run a new line set from the condensing unit to the fan coil (about 35'). i would definitely use Velocity to perform all future required work needed for our HVAC system. I would strongly recommend them for any HVAC job you may have. They are "very trustworthy". I think that says it all."
