"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

"TMP did a fabulous job replacing the deck. They broke down the old one, cleared the lumber and built the new deck, all within four days. They kept me apprised of their progress and when they would be back to continue the work. They went above and beyond by powerwashing the area around the deck and even resodding an adjacent bare area near the deck. You could tell that they take pride in their work and that they intended to do the best job possible, not just an adequate job. The price was fair. It looks sensational and I am more than satisfied."
