"Hit up Lynoka via yelp for a broken garage torsion spring. Scott responded fast and gave me a quick and reasonable no BS estimate based on my pics and issue. Unfortunately, I was going away and decided to take care of it when I got back. I called Lynoka few days later and spoke with a pleasant woman who fielded my call. This company was the first I called that wasn't trying to charge me an initial fee to show up. BIG WIN! This is a tight family business and customer service was top notch. First appt was too far and they accommodated me next day. Scott showed up on time and immediately gained my trust based off his customer service. Scott listened to me explain the problem and quickly knew the solution. He gave me a fair price and finished quickly. Scott was very open to my questions about garages, as a new homeowner, and gave me valuable field service tips and suggestions that would save me money.
