He was punctual and he and his crew were extemely hard workers. The job functions as promised, looks great and they were very conscientious about how they left the work area neat and clean. Brian worked diligently with both of us to ensure our questions were answered by phone, email, and in person - BEFORE he even got the job. His team showed up on time, worked quickly, did a great and clean job. We got 4 bids - Brian's was best in all respects including pricing. But it's more than pricing at Scapes NW - it's about service and Brian has that in spades! Excellent customer service at Scapes NW. Yes, yes, yes."
