"Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner was done. We were so impressed with the professionalism and follow through of the CR Mechanical team. Rick contacted us promptly and advised us of our options and his recommendations for our project. We did some additional homework and decided to hire CR Mechanical. Craig arrived on schedule and installed the furnace and did some additional pipe work the first day. On the second day, the AC was installed on the new compressor was relocated to a new area that we had discussed. The job was completed as agreed with efficiency and neatness. "When there was a slight problem with the fixture he replaced, he returned within a few days of the initial job to check on it and fixed it without charge (because it was something to do with the wiring in the fixture). Overall, he explained our problems in a way that I could understand it and helped me make a good decision about whether to replace or repair fixtures. When we decided to replace a light fixture, he found a new fixture that met our needs and was a value ($15) compared to other specialty fixtures for pool tables ($250).
