"This is the second project that Todd has done for us. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Todd communicates well and is very patient in allowing us to ask questions. He does a good job explaining things in laymanĆ¢ s terms, which is important to me as someone with only basic home maintenance skills. His contract is detailed in scope and we were never caught off guard money-wise. In fact, Todd informed us when materials came in at lower than projected cost and passed those savings onto us. He is incredibly considerate in his work; my wife watched a few babies in the house several days a week, and Todd generously asked for appropriate times to do anything that might be loud or disruptive to that end. That is definitely going above and beyond. Other than that, the quality of his work and his attention to detail is what will make us look to him for any home renovation project in the future. Thanks Todd!!!"

"A superior job on my rundown yard that due to my illness had not been taken care of in several years. They cut back my bushes, cleaned and mulched my flower beds. The beds were so covered in weed you couldn't tell where the flower plants were. After the beautiful care they gave I even had some flowers bloom that I hadn't seen in a couple of years. These guys are awesome. I want them to help with my upgrade for the future. Thanks so much guys! I highly recommend them!!!"
