Efrain at Eco Con came out, on time, and emailed me a bid the next day. His price was significantly less than anyone else, but perhaps more importantly, he seemed honest and everything about him was professional. I check on his credentials and ultimately hired him. He and his crew came out, on time, formed the pad, paths, etc, and poured the concrete a couple days later. Today they came back to remove the forms. They cleaned everything up and were extremely kind, and easy to work with. Honestly, I wish I had more work for them but I don’t. I HIGHLY recommend them."

To do this he installed 3 large retaining walls and created 3 flat levels so we can plant trees, flowers, and a future garden. His crew showed up on time every morning and completed the work on time and on budget. I received a couple quotes and mr hoang came in at the lowest and he was available to go right away.
