"This is an excellent company to choose for small projects for your pool. I needed some tiles reattached to my pool and jacuzzi. Andy was the only person who would take the job. "I called a number of different companies looking to have my pool resurfaced and re-tiled. I had 4 different companies all come out to give quotes. Pretty much all of them tried to upsell me on all sorts of upgrades and were very ambiguous about the quotes they were giving me. In addition, a couple of them even told me that it was take 3-4 weeks to have the pool completed from the start of the project. I found Marshall on Home Advisor and when he came out to meet with me, he gave me a competitive price, a great timeline, and seemed to overall be someone I could trust. Turned out I was right. I had a new pool in a week from the time they started on it, and I'm really happy with the results. Unlike many contractors I've worked with in the past, Marshall did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame he said he would do it. He also threw in a few items that I wouldn't have even known to include (at no cost) to make sure the project was done right. I can't tell anyone who to go with ultimately, but I think you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't take the time to have Marshall come take a look and talk with you. This was a significant investment and I needed to go with someone my gut told me I could trust. Most of the pool companies I met with scheduled me almost a week out to come give a fancy quote, came out in their pool company logo shirts and I felt like they were trying to sell me a car. Marshall simply stopped by one day after one of his jobs, talked me through the process, answered all of my likely "pool-naive" questions, let me know what I could expect from his team, and gave me a no-nonsense/no-frills quote. It was more like talking with a family member about what I was looking for and having them educate me on the process and give me some recommendations, rather than getting a business quote. Ultimately, the choice around type of plaster and tile were all mine, but Marshall gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and then worked with me as we went back and forth in changing our minds. "After interviewing numerous contractors, I remembered that my dad's friend recently got his pool remodeled by Angel's Pools and so I had them come out to give me a quote. They were on time for the first meeting which seems like no big deal, but that sets the precedent for the entire project as far as I am concerned. Eduardo was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my wants/needs. Other contractors tried to up sell me left and right. Not Eduardo! He broke down the estimate into categories so that I could pick and chose exactly what I wanted and what fit into my budget. We scheduled a date and he quoted me about half the time to complete the project as all the other contractors (I was skeptical). His team showed up every day prompt and ready to work, and work they did. After each day, the crew would clean up as much as possible and set up for the next day. These guys finished ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job (far exceeded my expectation). I am terrible at picking colors of tile, pebble, stucco etc... But in came Eduardo with his expertise to guide me through his thoughts. The customer service from Julie was impeccable, she answered the phone each time I called with a question and she was very helpful throughout the process. I now have a gorgeous, updated pool and a spa that more than 2 people can fit in. Super stoked I went with Angel's Pools Inc."
