"Definitely going to be our first call for any future issues. Our AC started blowing warm air and we didn't notice until about 4pm. All the other places I called couldn't get anyone out until the following day. With a 16-month old and 3 yr old, I was worried when the outside temperature hit 100 degrees. I called KC at 5pm, he said he would be there 6pm-7pm. He showed up around 6:30 with an associate. They worked quickly, but KC made sure to stop and explain the many things that needed to be fixed and/or improved each time. They finished up around 9 and the final bill seemed very fair. Most importantly, our AC is working better than it has in years!"
