"Repair Man Vince came out to look at my dryer which was not working. Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately dryer was 25 yrs old and not worth fixing. Bought a new washer and dryer and he came out and installed it for me. Vince is very knowledgeable and a very pleasant man. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again if needed. Within an hour of placing my service request for a faltering fridge/freezer, he was at my unit and quickly found the culprit. He had the replacement part in stock and made the fix in short order -- all at a very fair, upfront price. He's also an incredibly nice guy. As a first-time homeowner, I'm discovering all the responsibilities you're on the hook for when something goes wrong! You should be so lucky to have a professional like Joe at your disposal when those moments rear their ugly head. Will definitely not hesitate to call him again when something else needs fixing."
