"I cannot say enough great things about Richard and General American. We hired him to redo our kitchen, remove a wall and demo a lot of tile. First off, he is the most reliable contractor that I have ever come across. If he says he will be at the project at 8am, he is there at 7:55am every time. Second is that you can tell he takes great pride in his work. My wife and I are pretty detail oriented people, and we could not be happier with the outcome of everything. We designed everything and sourced the materials, he made it come to life. Lastly, he is just a genuinely nice guy.
