He explained the nature of the roofing system and informed me on how to maintain it. He never hard sold me, only gave me the facts. He provided a repair estimate and asked if I wanted another estimate for the upkeep and preventative maintenance. Ben's work etiquette is very good, he worked with urgency and cares about the quality and relationship he establishes with his customers. "There are times where you get pleasantly surprised. My experience with B. Marshall was one of those times. I had a roof leak by my chimney. I contacted Angi on Thursday and by Friday, Ben stopped by and provided me an estimate. He was able to get the work done on Tuesday, and did a great job prior to a significant winter storm. Needless to say, i would definitely hire again, and will recommend to friends and family."
