He explained the nature of the roofing system and informed me on how to maintain it. He never hard sold me, only gave me the facts. He provided a repair estimate and asked if I wanted another estimate for the upkeep and preventative maintenance. Ben's work etiquette is very good, he worked with urgency and cares about the quality and relationship he establishes with his customers.
