"David Shifflet, Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job on our basement water leak problem. I had 8 contractors out to look at this issue. Four of the contractors said the job was beyond their scope. We decided on Dry Tech based on David's grasp of what it took to make a permanent repair. He clearly communicated what work was needed to be done and sent us a clear and very detailed proposal. The fact that Dry Tech would also perform the mold remediation was very important. On the day the work was scheduled, Sebastian and his crew arrived on time and began working like a well oiled machine. Sebastian and his crew are well coordinated and work very hard. The quality of work was outstanding! When the repairs were completed they went into clean up mode and left our home and property in great shape.
